Earlier this month, The Wall Street Journal reported (subscription required) that General Motors will soon discontinue production of the small Chevrolet Sonic hatchback, and that it’s considering ending production of its big Chevrolet Impala sedan as well.

As if to answer, GM announced two days later that all of its other mainstream Chevrolet sedan models will get updated styling for 2019.
